Stereo & Electronics - I had to break into my own car and I have no key fob to deactivate my alarm

My keys walked off on me and I ended up breaking into my own car to get something out of it. Now I have new keys that I got from the dealer but I can't reconnect the battery and try to open the door without the alarm going off. How can I disable it without a fob? Also my new ignition key will not budge in the ignition. Is this because of the alarm system or did they mess up when they made my replacement key?

If you unlock the door with a key you have like 5 seconds to put the key in the ignition to disable it before the alarm goes off. As far as the key not working they coulda messed up or at some point the column had been replaced and uses a different key that what it originally came with.

Ha I'm a mess, of course I found my original keys shortly after I had keys made. It was a different key though so I guess the steering column was replaced at some point. Thanks!
