As you can see in the pic, I cannot get the center pin in as the gear teeth stick out too far. Please tell me Im doing something wrong! Otherwise, JEGS has sent me the wrong ring set AGAIN (not to mention they sent me the wrong axles, thanks Summit)!
I originally had 3.42 gears, 4 channel. So I ordered these (http://www.jegs.com/i/Richmond-Gear/836/GM75410OE/10002/-1).

I'm not familiar with the Z-T diff so I'm not even 100% on what I'm looking at but don't you sometimes either need to grind or buy the SLP kit to get that back together? Sorry, could be way off base here.

Its very close, it looks like I could grind just a bit to make it go in. Though if its the wrong set and that I may be grinding to get it to go together, Im afraid I Im doing something wrong and/or mess up this whole deal.

4.10s' require a SLP split paddle

or modified paddle

So I can grind it and everything should be fine? No balancing issues?

never heard of anybody grinding their own and concerned about a 'balance issue'.
If that's a concern of yours, remove a similar amount from the other end.
The paddle is hard/heat treated.

Yeah either grind to clear the gears or buy the modified paddle kit.
