Ive got a friend looking to start a DIY garage in or around naperville,il just trying to see how many people would be interested in something like this.

I actually looked into this a while back and you are correct sir! The insurance liability was so high it was crazy. The sheer numbers of people it would take to break even and keep the lights on was also crazy when you sit down and do the math. I even tried to see if I had waivers signed by every customer who came in and it still didn't matter.

Thanks for the advice guys I think ill be telling my buddy to hold off on this one...i went over some numbers roughly and your right it would have to be jammed packed 24/7 to really even see a profit worth the headache
