I want to do some mods to my 1998 z28 a4 but the car has to still pass the Ohio OBDII test (ECHECK) so it can remain street legal, emission compliant. Is there anyone here in Ohio that has passed the ECHECK with mods?

Do all the Bolt ons possible and go with a mild cam, you would be suprised how good the tuners are at beating the sniff test lol

No, we don't mod in Ohio.

All that the OBDII e-check looks for are emissions related faults logged on the PCM. All of which can be turned off w/ tuning software.
