Default Progressive noises

Having some drive train issues.
I have a loud whining noise when I go faster which sounds like it is coming from the trans yet I am not sure.

The noise is still there when I coast, either out of gear (really bad) or in gear (bad) and is really there after 50mph.

I am not looking to break anything any time soon and was looking into some preventive maintaince that I could do that might do some good.
I drained both fluids in the rear axle and the trans and refilled them about 2 months ago. I had a transmission shop tell me that the yoke and drive shaft looks like it is in good shape. Don't know what to believe is going on. I have even heard the noise could be from the front wheel bearings, but I'm skeptical.
