anyone know the best underdrive pully selection for a head and cam 2000 camaro?

Brand wise? They are all more or less the same. You just need to choose 10% or 25% underdriven.

There are issues with some that can result in a broken timing chain.

What's the difference between the 10% and 25% performance wise? I assume the 25 is better.

10% does a better job damping the harmonics, which is what it is for. 25% will provide about 5 hp more.

my March 25% has been awesome......even came with the alternator overdrive pulley to keep everything charged......a/c still blows cold.......it's heavy though, maybe a little heavier than the stock piece......i think the SLP ones were supposed to be light......most people run the ATI i believe

I had a close setup with 3.73's and 4k Yank stall. Weighed 3750lbs and ran the 11.5 index. Would run the number even on high DA days, low DA's I had to peddle.

i had a ASP on and when i took it off i saw the inside was cracked, i was cam only at the time

I like my SLP/Powerbond. Cheap and effective since it was $120 shipped used and dropped around a tenth in the 1/8th mile.

I agree with the above. I have used the SLP/Powerbond for a few years and never had a problem.
