:bang:earlyer i say striping the front bumper to get it ready for paint due to cracking, they didnt look to bad but after striping and sanding a little bit found it was repainted at least 3 times and it was covering alot of little spider cracks, the bumper is broke in a few places but the body guy said he could fix them, but ive also seen on here that its better to get a new bumper but its not really in budget to buy one new, it is worth trying to fix it and getting it sprayed or will the carcks come back?
will try and upload photos later today

Depends what "worth it" means to you. Do you plan on keeping it forever, or are you gonna sell it anytime soon. Find out how much itll cost to fix it at a body shop. If its cheaper than buying a new bumper, then go for it.
I wouldnt ditch a ls1 trans am cus it has a beat up front bumper.

Seemed like he was asking if he should save the bumper itself.
Look around and get some quotes, it won't hurt.

What state are you in?
I know a couple around me were being parted out.
