Gmmg is the best catback imo borla with a open plate is a close 2nd, i hate y pipes but if i had to go back to a catback it would be a gmmg, op your car is beyond nice,sounds great also,i agree we need some damn revs/or drive by vid

Here is my friend's 02 TA M6, we just finished installing my old LTs, Y(!cats), and GMMG. I think the car sounds incredible (sorry about the wind in the second video!). And yes, the car was warmed up before the revs :cheers:

I agree that the GMMG exhaust is the best sounding exhaust. This is an older video, but still sounds good. I think that the LS1's sounds a little different than the LT1's. In this vid you can here the rasp from the "Y" pipe. I have installed a insert in the "Y" pipe to help the rasp. No updated video of the sound.

thanks for the videos this post help me to decide my next route for my exhaust. i just have magnflow cat back on a stock exhaust system. its just not loud enough for me.

ordered my catback 2 weeks ago..can't wait. I'm running LTs with an ORY right now, Magnaflow catback. I'll post some gopro vids of the sound difference after the GMMG gets here :)

Want one so bad, I'm so afraid I won't be able to get one by the time I have enough money.

I love my GMMG and wouldn't change it for anything. IMO by far the best sounding exhaust for a fourth gen. Although I run mine with Kooks 1 7/8's and thier 3" ORY. Here is a video from earlier this year right before I deployed just for everyone's audio enjoyment, lol.
