It was my stock piece until I found a replacement last summer.
As you can see in the pics one of the push pins is broken/missing. The bottom right (bottom left in the 2nd pic) was also broken but I soldered it back on. Before I replaced the piece it held in just fine in the dash, with no signs of it having any missing pins. The solder is holding up well and doesn't feel loose, but I imagine it's not nearly as strong as the stock pins (lol, which isn't saying much) so continuing to remove/install will likely wear it out.
I ran with only the 2 pins for over a year with no problems at all though.
There doesn't look to be any fading in the color, as I compared it to the replacement piece and it matches.
Color is Ebony (00-02) but I've seen these look just fine in older models.
Looking to do $15 shipped OBO.
