Just thought I'd have a little fun and see what you guys think my new build will put down. I don't expect any sort of dyno queen but never hurts to daydream about how fun it'll be to drive :D. I'll try to list as many spec's about the build as possible, as you can see... I asked Patrick G to spec me a very torque friendly cam. It seems to be a slight variance of other cam's he has spec'd for people on here. I most likely will be going to either Frost or Ed Hutchings to have them do the tune as they are both within reasonable driving distance of me.
Stock LQ9 Shortblock
Ported 241's w/ 2.02/1.57 valves 66cc chambers that flowed as following:
.100: 73/59
.200: 137/120
.300: 198/164
.400: 251/192
.450: 272/203
.500: 289/211
.550: 285/218
.600: 288/223
.650: 290/226
.700: 290/229
Pat G Spec/EPS Cam 226/230 .598/.609 111+1 LSA
Will be using a FelPro .040" gasket - SCR 11.2:1 DCR 8.71:1 Quench around .033-.034?
Stainless LT's w/ LPP Stainless Catted Y
TSP Rumbler Catback
M6 w/ Factory 10 bolt - 3.73's
LS7 Clutch
LS6 Intake
Stock Ported TB
MTI Lid
Bosch 36lb Injectors
Racetronix 255lph Fuel Pump w/ Hotwire Kit
Patrick G made no mention of flycutting the pistons or milling the heads any further so I'm assuming all of that will stay as they currently are (will measure of course). I really don't have much money invested in this build at all. I want to set it up as-is and see what it'll do, I'm sure that a FAST 102 will be added at some point down the road :D.
