Southern Members - Anybody from Orange Beach/Gulf Shores?

I'm down here on vacation and was looking for something to do besides the outlet malls? Cruise-ins? Street racing? Anything?

Also looking for food recommendations.....

Way north of you, but Huntsville Car Scene.com seems to cover stuff all over the state...Probably something similar for Birmingham (those guys have a handle on things "South").

The hang out(bar), also the shrimp basket. I used to live just north in fairhope and man i miss it but i still go down there to work from time to time atleast (we have a crew down there but im not on it this time damn it).

Best pizza is Lillians Pizza over in Fla. just over the line on the beach road.

Cobalt rest. under the bridge has really good food.

Make SURE you go to the Florabama bar/rest.

There's a sonic in Gulf Shores near the outlet mall that has a lot of cool cars around on Friday or Saturday night.
