General Maintenance & Repairs - Why does my belt make a ticking noise?

My belts are making a ticking noise. Not a squeling noise a tick. Pretty sure it's my ac belt because I spray lube on the crank belt and nothing I spray the ac and it quiets down untill I hit the throttle. I'm prolly just going to take the ac belt off anyway I don't use ac. Any ideas?

I have a similar problem, believe it has to be a pulley, I have changed the tensioner only so far.
It ticks & has a squeal on start up when cold, almost sounds like a loose rocker, spray the belt & it goes quiet.

Well just got off work and removed ac belt and sounds good as new lol. Who needs ac in Hawaii anyway?!?!
