General Maintenance & Repairs - Ignition Issues

Anyone got any idea what would cause my windows, radio, or starter to not have power but my power locks and internal lights work. When i turn key all the way on to start i don't get anything. Battery checks out fine.

I would guess ignition switch. Your PW and radio only work when the Ignition is on. Your power locks work all the time.

Internal lights always have power, too. If it was a VATS issue, the radio and window would still work. Can you hear your fuel pump spool up?

I was looking for anything relating to ignition problems when I read that post.

I'm working on a 97 Regal that will not start. Battery new. Cables clean and bright and tight. New ignition switch. Key pellet code not corrupted, but the vehicle will not crank at all neither if PARK nor NEUTRAL.

I can put the key in RUN and jump a wire from Battery to the solenoid and the car starts and runs OK.

I need some help.
