stock Exhaust?

stock Exhaust? I have a 1994 trans am lt1 I have intake, headers w/ 3 inch toff road y pipe connected to the stock EXHAUST. Is that ok running that setup or just take the stock exhaust off and run from the ypipe on?

Just put a cut out in the I pipe before it goes over the axle and open it up when you want some noise or a little bump in power. Don't run open Y all the time, it sounds like poop and gets annoying real quick. Or just run it as it is and save for a catback.

Bet it sounds nice, more so if you have long tubes. You could save some coin and just go w/ a different muffer. On a stock car I really dont see a power increase between 2.75 pipe and 3in.
