Cadillac CTS-V - Daytime running lights

I have an 08 CTS w/HID lighting option and my passenger side DTR is out. Can anyone tell me how to access the light? Do I need to remove front wheel and access through the wheel well? Thanks in advance.

Assuming it's set up in the same way as a V, take the wheel of and pull the plastic wheel well. You're on the right track.
