Will monitors pass with REAR o2's disabled?

Will monitors pass with REAR o2's disabled? Will removing the rear o2s and setting the associated DTCs to "no report" prevent any of the monitors from passing? Especially the catalyst, oxygen sensor, or o2 sensor heater?
