Default ls6 spun rod bearing

Category: Accessories
Price: $1
Part Fits: 93-02 Chevrolet Camaro, 93-02 Pontiac Firebird, Corvette, 04-06 Pontiac GTO, 04+ Cadillac CTS-V
Location (State): PA
Item Condition: Used
Engine: LS1/LS6
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

I have an ls6 with a spun rod bearing for sale. Opted to buy an lq9 when it broke, since I couldn't find someone to repair it in a timely manner. I'm honestly not sure what its worth, so feel free to PM me, or TEXT during daylight hours (between 7a and 11p), at 724-42O-7785. I'll either respond via text, or call.

Crosshash on all cylinder walls was completely fine, and the car didn't even knock at idle.

I'm also interested in trading the block, my ls6 intake, ported TB, fuel rails, and injectors + some cash for a used but better than ls6 intake, complete setup to replace my intake. (fast102, 92, etc)

About 105k on the block, and ported lingenfelter ls6 oil pump, and ls7 lifters with less than 2k on them available.

Thanks! I've received offers from 150 shipped (where it was gonna cost 200 to ship... Ridiculous) to 600 shipped. I'm looking for any numbers in between, but I'm reaaaaaallllllyyyyy trying to avoid shipping it, although my new short block is going to come with an engine crate, so it could make it a little easier... But still. I live in zip code 15601, and the car/engine is in 15642. Again, local pickup is preferred, or I could even meet up. Shipping isn't out of the question, just trying to get rid of it locally first.

Dude ... Im interested and I live in shaler ... but to be honest ... Im more interested in using this as somthing to learn with...
I would like to have somthing I can take apart ... look at the internals ... put back together and most likley never put into a car.

There is a slight chance that if I can find a 6 speed swap and perhaps then I would spend the money to rebuild this and that is the reason it might not be a bad thing to have sitting around.

Like I said ... I will come get it and give you some cash ... but not a lot. PM me if you would like to talk some numbers. Maybe you could give me a little education and .. that honestly would be worth more of my time and money than just the motor.

^^^^
GO to the junk yard and buy a SBC out of a truck or 70s sedan for 100-200 bucks. Way cheaper and you will not be wasting a good LS6.

stu, if you want to learn, you can come up and give me a hand when I'm building the new motor, when **** hits the fan and we're building the motor and putting it in the car, we're gonna be kicking back some beers and having fun in the garage. You'll learn for free, and I'll get a free hand. We both win
