Radiator and heater hose sizes, anyone?

Default Radiator and heater hose sizes, anyone?
I tried searching for the answer but the search on this site SUCKS.

Can anyone tell me the diameter hose I need for:

1. water pump to firewall (larger)
2. water pump to firewall (smaller)
3. Upper radiator hose (Silverado radiator)
4. Lower radiator hose

Once I get that wrapped up, and the trans lines, she's ready to start

5/8 and 3/4 are the heaters, just did em myself.

Upper hose should be 1 1/4 and the lower 1 1/2.
