Default Valve cover gaskets not fitting....

Am I doing something wrong lol? Tried Fel Pro and these are GM, like they're a tad too long.

Are they used gaskets or new? In either case just stick them in the freezer for about 30 minutes, this will shrink them considerably and they will fit just fine.

They can be a pain, it will fit, you just stretched it out....keep working it a squeeze it in place

They're new, just pulled that one out of the pack, started it at the 3 humps and worked it around. I'll give it another try, thanks

You will probably have to push it back and forth a little and try to compress it in the lock groove, but it will go in
