So anything I need to know about pulling the motor from the top, instead of dropping it out since i really dont have the option in the garage to do so...i would assume its not coming out with the tranny connected, and does radiator need to be pulled? Ill prob pull it anyways just incase, but kinda wanna pull it and get some things going project wise.

Why do you not have the option? I did it in my driveway with a cherry picker and a towstrap

You'll say that until you take one out from the bottom a time or two.

Pulled it from the top twice in the last year with a come along and a nice solid wooden beam. Unfortunately, we don't have a cherry picker. Heads are off, radiator is out, and tranny is disconnected. With all of that off, takes all of two minutes to pull it out and roll the car away.

Did mine from the top also. Disconnect the battery, unhook the wires, Pull the Intake off, disconnect the trans, unbolt the headers, pull the radiator and condenser (keep the heads and accessories attached!!). Hook up a chain to the front and back of the motor and pull away! You will have to angle it coming out cause its gonna hit the top of the firewall coming out. Good luck!
