Default LS1 vs LS7 lifters

are they both the same height or will i need a different length pushrod when I go to LS7 lifters

I would measure for sure. Every motor can be a little different and you never know if you have one that requires something different from what everyone else has.

I agree!!!! Measure!!!!

Too many variables. I was told the 7.4" would probably work with my set-up, but I measured needing 7.375"

If I went to 7.4" I would have had OVER .100" preload!
