I would get one with four wheels versus three. Other than that I don't think it matters much. Hot rod did a test a while back and it showed the mid price one from harbor freight will take some real abuse.

4 wheels is nicer to rotate it-- but if its a alum block the 3 wheeler will be fine
i have 3 - 3 wheel and 2 (4-s) the four is stronger but a PITA to get on the engine hoist as the hoist cant go around both front wheels easily/even.

I got one like this, but NOT foldable. I bought it for my 454BBC. I had to get the Jegs gearhead stand due to the BBC weight. I couldn't rotate it. I like the Jegs one for my LS.
