General Maintenance & Repairs - steering rack bushing

i know this sounds dumb but i went to replace my steering rack bushing today on my 99Z28 and for the life of me couldn't find it. i know about the two bolts, one being on each side and the steering shaft on the driver side but i thought the rack bushing was on the passenger side can someone share some insight as to where this is?? thanks

the bushing is on the pass side...NO bushing on driver side

but where on the passenger side?

in the hole where the bolt goes...........
