What components were in Agostino Racing 360cu motor?

What components were in Agostino Racing 360cu motor? I have a couple of springs that let broke on cylinders 1 and 3 on a ARE 360. I'm wondering if anyone recalls what springs were used in those motors.
We've measured the springs and could buy a similar replacement, but were hoping for a hit on whats in there.
Also, a 'real miracle' would be for one of the originals on the board to have a copy of my signature from back in 2002/03 with my components listed
