Generation IV External Engine - Is the G8 GT L76 balancer the same as LS1/2/3 Vette/CTS-V?

Does anyone know if the G8 GT crank pulley is the same shallow unit used on the vette accessory drive systems? I looked at one last night, looks the same, but the accessory drive architecture looks like the Camaro layout. I found here (http://g8gt.blogspot.com/2012/03/supercharger-musings-part-ii-harrop.html) that they are shallower, it just doesn't state if it's a common depth with the vette stuff or if it's just bast*rd stuff.

bastard stuff. had to order a specific balancer for friends g8 gt. sucks

G8 GT and C6 LS2 balancer are the same. I installed one on a friends G8 GT when his went bad. No issues and the part numbers match.
