Knock Sensor Codes

I'm getting PO332 & PO327 on my turbo 5.3. The tuner says he turned off the knock sensors in the tune, why am I getting those codes? They don't show up under normal driving, only when I get in the boost.

Even if they're turned off, it's likely that the knock sensor circuit still needs to be functioning, so I'm guessing that knock sensor connector harness could be bad.
