Carbureted LSX forum - Fuel pump location?

Where do you mount a fuel pump on a carbed LS engine? That is if you want to use a mechanical pump.

I guess what I,m asking is ,Do ya have to run an electric pump. I'm not going to run a distributor but I've seen pics of a distributor and a mechanical fuel pump next to each other. I only want the pump.

No provision for it.

Either do the distributer or belt driven pumps if you have to have mechanical.

I would buy a belt driven one. Might not have a direct fit one for a ls but you can get a universal one to work
