Western Members - Problem With My CHEVY BLAZER HELP!! Steering Lock

The steering wheel get stuck as if the keys are outta the ignition...but if u turn real hard it turns a bit.Any suggestion our advice?

guess I wild start with undoing the rag joint first, then see if it turns just to make shur it's not the string box. if it still wont turn then take it apart... :/

Sounds like your ignition cylinder lock has failed

Start with the simple stuff. Sometimes if you're parked on a slight incline, it will make enough tension on the lock so it won't release. Try gently rocking the vehicle forward and backward either with one foot on the ground with the door open, or bobbing your shoulders forward and backward while seated. Or, just get a friend to push on the outside of the vehicle. Make sure the keys are in the ignition in the "on" position.
