the 2 serpentine belts on my 98 Formula?

No, nothing special. It's a very simple job, you just have to remove the main belt first and the A/C belt second. Then reinstall in reverse order (A/C first, main last).

you need special tools......and it will take about 2 hrs to do

All you need is a 15mm wrench and look at the diagram. Pretty straight forward.
