Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Windshield wipers not covering window

hey fellas, it rained here over the weekend and i noticed the windshield wipers the motors.work but the blades arent touching the window all the way on each blade. new blades on both, is there something im missing?

btw this is on a 95

i would think the wiper arms need replaced!
