Stereo & Electronics - no gauge lights, tail lights, and now cd player wont work.. HELP!

ok so i have a 97 firebird formula and i just got my trans back in from the shop. i drove it for a few days and everything worked. lights, radio, etc.. now my gauge lights wont work nor my tail lights. I checked my fuses and the fuse for the tail lights will just blow instantly after i try turning my lights on. Now today my cd player wont turn on, my odometer doesnt light up and my trunk wont pop open using the button.. Ive looked around online and seen plenty of people with this same exact problem but no one has an answer for it.. please help!!!

When I had my 94 Camaro it was the light switch on the left side of steering wheel I had to replace. It caused the gauge lights and tail lights to stop working.
