the shop told me I had a bad coolant sensor in that's why my light was on in my dash. are you place a sensor filled the coolant and the light is still on? any ideas ? maybe the harness is bad?

Check the coolant level when cold to be sure it is full (hopefully, you bled the system properly). You can also unplug the harness to see if the lamp goes out.

Those sensors are infamous for getting gunk in them and not reading correctly. If what shoebox recommends doesn't work, take it out and see if it needs cleaning. If not, replace it.

Honestly, there isn't much you can do. Mine came on nice and bright. Filled up the coolant since it was a little low with a 50/50 mix and it would be dim when I fired it up, then turn on bright. Replaced the sensor and it still came on. Unplugged it and the light went out. About all you can do, sometimes.

Go to the junk yard an get one. Mine comes on when I start the car then turns off after about 2 minutes.
