taking out fog lights

Default taking out fog lights

this wkend im putting in strobe lights in my fog lights and backup lights....but im trying to find out the best way to get the whole foglight out to drill the holes........would it be easier to take them out the back or front??

the best way to get them out is, drive the car on ramps
look underneath you will see three plastic push in screws, remove them and then you can get to the two bolts that holds the fog light assembly.
i had to replace mine couple of moths ago,because i drilled mine and i was getting water in the fog light, so i wouldn't bother with the stobe lights

thats right, go from underneath.... Im not going to lie to you though, i didnt have a ramp, and it was a Biiaaaaaaaatchhh!! Good luck though.

Once you unbolt them from underneath, you have to push the bumper cover forward while also pushing the fog forward through the bumper. There is not enough room to pull them back toward the engine, they have to be pushed forward through the bumper. It will seem like they are not going to fit...but remember, if brute force doesn't work, you aren't using enough of it!

THE BEST thing would be NOT to put the strobe lights in!
