Default how can you tell if the map went bad on a sd tune without a scanner. urgent help...

so i did a ps swap conversion and i put a intercooler heat exchanger in my car with a bigger oil cooler. and when i installed everything again i hit 21 psi of boost and now it randomally will go lean some times.

i go to 21 psi again it runs fine. then i do it again and it goes lean.
i turn off the boost controller and have 8 to 10 psi on the spring and it goes lean. i have two aem wideband gauges, one on each bank. and they both go lean

i checked everything on the engine. no leaks everything is hooked up right and pluged in. and it runs fine at idle and until you get into boost

im guessing my map went bad?

how is a map made inside??

what does every one think is going on???

Your best bet is to find a way to start data logging it(im assuming you arent already). youll know right away whether or not your MAP is responding

i just swaped out the map with a new and the same thing. what would cause the car to lean on a sd tune??

i have the right fuel pressure. plus it goes up with boost too.
no vacume leaks.
new map.
no boost leak.

and right when i do get into leak the the car hick ups and then the bov opens on its own.

i need to figure this out there is a big cruise in town on friday and i work the rest of the week. and it 98 degrees here so its hard to be out side for a long time.

sd tune can be changed by anything. minor changes like ur intercooler might have done something. no sense in beating around the bush why dont u just log it and make proper changes??

i dont do the tunning on it and i dont have a logger. when i was up on the dyno getting tuned the iat was at 80 degrees with ice and i was driving it with pure water for a couple week and had no issues. now with the heat exchanger its at 120 degrees. and it was running fine then id did all of that stuff to it and now it runs lean in boost and also its 100 degrees out side the last couple days

Cant you get EFILive or HPT and log using that ?

Or something like DashDaq might even do, or other similar displays that can record too ?

X2, watch injector duty cycle and compare a good pass to a bad pass.

duty cycle is less relevant than ensuring all sensor inputs are correct and sensible, as these are vital to ensuring correct operation.

If the stock ecu still allows full OBD connectivity when it has been re-tuned or using custom OS, then you could just buy a cheap OBD logger

Ive never worked with the factory ecu so no idea.
