Special Edition Vehicles - Build number

Can anyone tell me who i can contact to get the build number of my ceta? Im having no luck ive talked to general motors an vintage but both seem to only know 300 came to canada but cant tell me what number mine is.

not sure if its much help but using an online VIN checker i was able to get the build number and build location of my 79 vette. took some searching though to find a decent checker
