Default BURST KNOCK settings - what do you have as 'safe'?

burst knock temp threshold (80c)?
burst knock max retard vs rpm (3-5 degrees retard?)
% diff in airflow threshold (% increase in airflow at which burst knock is allowed) ~3% diff? ~ 10% diff?

what do you have set and do you see burst knock in your data log when you jab the throttle?
for a 8psi boost on a 93 octante street tune
thanks

I think it gets tuned out all together.... if i remember correctly all it does is retard timing in anticipation of knock because of the drastic change in airflow.... doesnt effect normal knock sensor retard operation.
Please someone correct me if im wrong

oh, that would be nice - and makes sense!
mine DOES exactly what the settings say - it does appear to be aticipated retard.
everytime I hit boost kpa over the set kpa burst threshold, my timing retards the set burst retard degrees.
I'd love to not retard everytime I hit boost - it fades away along with the knock recovery rate too, so not like it IS detonation staying after burst -please anyone successfully disable this and still see real knock retard? or have many miles without disaster?
