Dyno Guesses & Bench Racing Forum - My Ls1 Trans am vs 5th gen Camaro SS Vert?

Hey guys, so I work with a guy who picked up a 2012 camaro SS convertible. I'm just wonder if you guys think I would have a shot on keeping up with his car. I know he would have me on the power side, but I think I have a good shot due to the big weight difference between the cars. Let me know what you guys think cause I want to run him either way. I will try and gopro the outcome.

My mods:
M6 w/ 3.42 gears
Full exhaust, lid, mail order tune
dynoed 330rwhp and 350rwtq

His car:
Stock 2012 ss vert w/ Auto Transmission

I have a buddy with an 03 gt. it's a full bolt on car and he claims to out run new camaros all day. I would think you would take him. Those things are tanks. Gm messed up with the weight on these puppies.

I think I read the curb weight for the verts were like 4100lbs

I think you take him from a dig,he might get you on a roll.
