Default Do i need tuning? Opinions please

Putting on my LT's & ORY this weekend .. i have the LM exhaust on the car also. Think i need to get the car tuned or should get a plug in programmer yet or wait till i do my cam? Thanks

A good dyno with A/F ratio would tell you exactly where you stand on the tuning. What year is your car? If nothing else I'd get the car dynoed with a A/F ratio and see if your good now or running lean/rich & then that will give you a direction to go in. The A/F ratio should be between 12.6 & 13.0. If you're going to put a cam in in the next year or so, forget the tune. However, there's a lot to be gained in a full bolt on car with a tune if the cam is something in the very distant future.
