Default How can I restore the leather in a Trans Am?

Hey guys, My buddy just bought a bone stock 97 Trans Am last week and I told him I would detail it up all nice for him. One problem I noticed is that the car must have sat outside for most of it's life because every item in the car that has leather on it is severely dried out, rock hard and has shrunk. The seats, park brake handle, headrests etc. rare shrunk and it looks horrible and is starting to separate at the seams.
What can I do to possibly soften it back out and make it go back to original??

Thanks for any suggestions.

Well to call it "leather" would be an insult to leather but there kits out there.

http://www.leatherique.com/ seems to be a consistant recommondation. I have seen some guys out there do incredible work with very cracked seats.
