General Maintenance & Repairs - Throttle Cable clip lost :(

Does anyone know the part number or where I can get the clip to adjust the throttle cable ? When trying to adjust I popped it off and it flew and lost it

I'll share MY experiences....

Without that clip, your throttle won't work as it should. It may remain open slightly - and the cable will shift and change.

So, I searched for a 98 throttle cable with traction control... For a long, long time. I think it took me a year to find. Depending on the year of your car, and if your car came equipped with traction control or not, will determine what cable you need.

It's severely annoying trying to track down these pieces.

Check ebay - as they come up - but the throttle cables clearly are a problem - and I refused to buy used.
