hey all, the new setup is almost done, and i have failed to buy larger injectors, and i'm starting to wonder if i'm going to need larger ones before i get my car tuned or not.
heres what all i have
ls1 (idk if its a m6 or a4, it come out of a 99 c5 corvette i believe it originally had 806 casting heads on it if that helps any.... the joys of a swapped car..)
TSP PRC stage 2.5 heads
TSP MS3
BBK SSI intake with a 92mm ported mouth
PTM 92mm throttle body
Custom .5" throttle body adapter/spacer (4 bolt to 3 bolt)
aftermarket harmonic dampener (not that it really matters? lol)
JTR long tube headers
off road y pipe
hks hi power
the car has summit fuel rails on it, but stock injectors are stock as far as i know. i'm only going to rev the car out to 6200 rpm's for now until i get rod bolts and a better oil pump.
any input would be appreciated,
thanks.

like i said, i believe its a 99 c5 engine/ 99 camarro ss pcm. i'm not sure what it is. i bought the swap from a guy who bought it from a guy who knew a guy that bought it from a guy who's dad totaled his corvette kinda deal... its swapped into a 1993 rx7 not that that matters

you well probably be almost at its limits with stock injectors wouldn't be a bad idea to upgrade to 36lbs or 42 lbs but you well need to upgrade your fuel pump (that's assuming your using a stock ls1 fuel pump)

i have a walbaro or how ever you spell it 255... nothing special, but better than stock i assume.

You need some 36# injectors. You'd be exceeding the limits of any stock injector offered on the ls1 or 6 from 98-02. If you plan on nitrous then I'd suggest 42's.

alright, thanks guys. i'll keep an eye out for some. a buddy of mine is letting me barrow some 42# injectors until his setup is done... i may just try to buy them off of him.

yep, 36# or 42# would work great.

I have pretty close to the same setup and have 60#. Have been working great for almost 35K miles.

I bet your duty cycle on those 60# is only 50% or less with that setup... Or 55%
No need for such large injectors unless u have the modding disease, those would be good for boost up to 550 rear wheel, or 625 naturally aspirated.
Some 42# would leave breathing room, and the 255 fuel pump is only good for 8x 51 lb injectors
The stock fuel pump is 190, and is good for 8 x 38 lb injectors, however u can put larger injectors than the fuel pump but you will lose fuel pressure up top if you actually need/ consume that much fuel

Completely agree. They came on the car, but they have worked great, and for quite some time.
