Looking at oxygen sensors on the Rock Auto web site.I need the upstream O2 sensors for a 2007 5.3 Classic L59, They list left and right with different cylinder numbers. The 5.3 I have is all stock, but I am not sure why they list the O2 sensors with the different cylinder numbers?

Not sure what the options are for, but I'm going to assume you will be fine with the Denso unit. The heart means that its a popular part, and it lists as OE.

Advance shows this denso number to be the correct replacement: 2344336
