Default HELP! How to adjust HAL springs?

I have the HAL QA1 springs and I was wondering how you can adjust them? The car sits WAY to low right now and the headers are all banged up. (Will have to get new ones ) It looks like we need a special wrench to turn the black things that the spring sits on. How do we do it?
Please help!

You need a spanner wrench to adjust them.It is a PITA to raise them, take your time.

BTW,I know this is a bit late to help you but when you install Hal front springs I would set them an inch higher than stock because over a couple days they will drop down.It is a lot easier to lower them then raise them,my adjustment rings are almost stripped.

Where can I get that spanner wrench? Is there a way to unload the spring so it would be easier to turn that wrench? Like lower the a-arm?
Thanks

I did it yesterday with a spanner wrench. Lubed the bottom of the spring and that made things much easier. Now it sits perfect
Thanks
