What is it Worth? - 99 Trans Am (convertible) body

I recently picked up a 99 TA vert, with a salvage title, primarily for the motor and trans. The interior is gutted, as it was used as a 1/4 mile car for a season. Any ideas what this is worth?

Generally a typical '99 Trans Am convertible with 6 figures on the odometer would sell in the $8,000+ range. A 'poor condition' example would sell for less, maybe $6,000. Now with the salvage title you need to basically take 50% off those prices, so you are looking at a $3,000 car maybe. Drag racing sure diminishes the 'parts' quality too.
Are you taking the motor and tranny out of the car, and then asking 'what's it worth'?? If so, basically nothing outside of the few parts remaining. If the remaining shell of the car is worth anything to someone, it can't be much. It would be just the start of a project.

I guess I should have been more clear:) once I pull the engine and trans, any idea what the body would be worth?
