Default V6 springs for racing

How well do V6 springs work in the rear for drag racing? Seems like I would get better weight transfer. Car would ride like **** though.

I've heard of people doing the mod, but it's more of a band-aid than a good fix. Some people will swear by them, but I would never do it on any car I had my hands on. Normally, you want the front to be loose (to promote weight transfer) and the rear to be stiff (to plant the tires). By putting softer springs on the back, the car will squat more...the opposite of what you want.

Now, V6 springs in the front, may be a different story. The front end would sit lower, which will help a little too. Maybe there's a few people who have tried the V6 springs on the front.
