Default how to properly prep bumper with spider cracks !

just created this new threat cause the other one wasnt getting any attention lol. this is how it looks after some sanding with 80 grit. Im a complety noob in this but I would like to learn. is the grey color thing primer. are the black spots that I sanded bare plastic. on the black spots the webs are till a little visible will they go away after I spray primer. how deep should I go with the sanding. the paint is falling apart at the center probably because of a hit. should I sand the entire bumper or just the damage spots . thanks for reading

I'm trying to get the spider cracks out of mine too and so is this other guy, check out these links

Do, 80, 180, 320. I was surprised, after I sanded with 320, it was like the spider webs just vanished. I'm getting mine painted the 21st. I need to sand around the bird logo a little more, I can still see some cracking.

Remove the bird logo. It looks cleaner.
