LS1TECH Sponsor Feedback - DMH?? Whats going on...?

I ordered my cutouts 3-4 weeks ago and still haven't received them. Called all throughout the day today and didn't get a single answer.

Anyone know what may be going on?

AFAIK, that's about right for DMH. It's not an order today, ships tomorrow situation.

Sounds like horrible customer service to me. I've read threads about issues with them in the past as well.

I had issues with them years ago. I broke my cutout, wanted to see if they would warranty it, and if not, I was going to buy a new one. They never got back to me after countless e-mails.

Oh well, not dealing with them again.

I got in contact with them, someone, I believe it was the owner finally answered the phone. He said he had been out of town on a family emergency for 2 weeks and his employees did a horrible job with not answering the phone, getting stuff done and shipped out, but my cutouts should have been shipped out today. Still can't wait to get them despite the fact that its taken a little while!
