I am kind of confused on this subject. Here is an example:
John Doe buys some MSD wires from Frankie Avalon for $50 shipped. After he has paid Frankie in full, Frankie takes 6 weeks to send the wires, and when they are finally received by John, EVERY one of them are cut in half. So John immediately leaves negative feedback on Frankie, and as soon as Frankie sees that he has received negative feedback, he does the same to John, even though John has done NOTHING faulty.
Do you see my point? I mean I know you can go to the moderators and John can try to get the negative feedback he received removed, and maybe the moderator will do it, or maybe he will also listen to a bunch of BS made up by Frankie and he will refuse to. I dont know.
Anyone have any opinions on this?
Also on a side note, whenever I have done business on a forum classifieds, if I was the seller, as SOOOON as I received money from the buyer, I left positive feedback for him IMMEDIATELY. I figure their end of the job is done, and that was to pay me. Period. That is really the ONLY responsibility the buyer has. The only reason I can see that a seller would wait to leave feedback is just to make sure that they receive positive, and if they don't.... pull a stunt like the example up above.
