Default Lq4 turbo question

I just purchased an Lq4 and 4l80e. I was im aiming for somewhere around 500-550 rwhp.

I have a turbo I bought for another project, and was wondering if it would get me to my goal, and if not what more it would take.

Turbonetics Hurricane Lety 66mm Turbo

4.0" inlet
2.5" outlet
T4 flange
3" Vband exhaust
.96 a/r exhaust housing.

If that turbo will have problems, please recommend something that will work better...

also planning on porting and polishing the heads, Turbo Cam, Ls1 Intake, Dual Springs, Yella Terra Rockers, Arp Head Studs and rod bolts and ls9 head gaskets

too small. go bigger.. that turbo will choke it up..
save money on porting.. unless u have it go for it..
def go for cam..dont need it tho..
springs are a must..duals
no need for rockers..
head studs are good ideal .and ls9 gaskets.
id do alot more research on what your power goals are and deciding on a turbo. to get you there.

For those goals, a TC78. Forget the arp rod bolts and rockers. Not needed. Hell, you could run a stone stock longblock with stock valve springs for 500rw.

Like i said, I already had that turbo, i was asking if it would be compatible. The parts are from a 5.3 that blew up. have the rockers, springs, and ls1 intake. and i was going to be doing a light polishing and port matching of the heads myself.

Thanks, Im going to try to sell this turbo. Why not use the rod bolts though? i thought the rods were the weak link in the bottom end, wouldnt that be added security?
