Introductions & Greetings - New member LS1 swap 240sx

Hi everyone, I have firebird trans am 1999 ls1 but short block are fucked up. ok i got good deal with CPR engine wanted trade mine firebird shell for ls1 5.3 aluminum plus cnc ported heads, that good deal? if yes, ok what is my plan build this engine for drift track.

i have not decide on cams yet i need your help which better spec for drift?
Patriot Performance 225/229?
Comp Cams 228/230?
or what is you suggest?

i will stay with stock bottom block.

I think that's a popular drift setup, should be lots of fun! Welcome! Don't forget to check out the conversions section. pose you cam question in the Gen 3 Internal section for best results.

i'm building mine for the same. 5.3 drift build although mine will be mostly stock.

Ive always thought one of those or a 200sx with a LSx and a turbo or 2 with the Skyline conversion/body kit would be fun & make the real ones look stupid lol
